If a customer opts for a Resla bike with a charging equipment installation, the booking amount is refundable until the charging solution is installed. However, if the customer requests cancellation after the installation of the charging equipment by us, they shall not be entitled to any refunds. In such a scenario, we reserve the right to uninstall and take possession of the charging equipment, either directly or through a third party, and adjust the booking amount towards the deinstallation costs.
On the other hand, if the customer chooses not to opt for charging equipment installation, the booking amount is refundable until the customer makes the full payment for the Resla bike.
All eligible refunds will be processed by us within 7 working days.
It's important to note that customers will only be eligible for refunds on the booking amount paid. Refunds will not be applicable once the customer has paid the complete purchase amount for the Resla bike.
